The independent investigator hired by the Rochester City Council to look into the city’s response to the Daniel Prude incident has issued four subpoenas.

Investigator Andrew Celli issued subpoenas to the City Council itself, the Mayor and her office, the Rochester Police Department and the city’s law department. They’re asking for any documents, records, papers, and other evidence relating to the police contact with Daniel Prude and the aftermath.

Celli says he has no additional public comments at this time.
