An 18-year-old Rochester man walked into the emergency department at Strong Memorial Hospital shortly after 3:30 this morning after he’d been shot.
Police say he’d been shot at least once in the upper body and is in critical condition. Their investigation is still underway, but they believe he was shot in front of 41 Wilder Street in Rochester.
