A Monroe County Grand Jury has indicted two Rochester 17-year-olds on second degree murder charges.
Samar Barron and James Graham are accused in the July shooting of Ali Huntley on North Clinton Avenue. They’ll be arraigned Thursday morning in City Court.
The 24-year-old victim was standing about a dozen other people on North Clinton near Clifford Avenue, taking part in a vigil for another young man who had been shot and killed on that spot the day before.
Police say a drive-by shooter opened fire and Huntley was hit multiple times.
