A 17-year-old Rochester youth has been arrested on charges of second degree manslaughter and other charges in connection with a murder last week on Delemaine Drive.
Jermaine Brown has been charged in the death of Ciara Grimes, who police say was shot inside a home and then carried outside.
Police say Brown and Grimes had been in a relationship.
