A 15-year-old girl is recovering from a gunshot wound she suffered on Genesee Street Monday night. Police say the shooting happened about 7:00 p.m. and they responded to the scene to learn the girl had been driven by a private car to the hospital. She suffered serious but non life-threatening injuries. No arrest has been made so far.
