A Wyoming County teenager got himself arrested after going out of control and punching holes in the side of his family’s house.
The Wyoming County Sheriff’s Office says they were called to a home in Weathersfield where they found a 14-year-old boy tearing chunks of siding off the house with a shovel.
They found he had ripped large holes in the drywall after becoming angry at his family, then tore holes in the outside walls. Some of them went clear through the side of the house.
He’s been charged with felony criminal mischief and will be handled through family court.
