The United Way of Greater Rochester and other organizations are contributing a million dollars to boost the Finger Lakes COVID vaccination effort. Officials say they’ll use the funds to help with vaccine outreach, especially with underserved parts of the community.
Monroe County Executive Adam Bello said in a statement that the financial support will help make sure everyone who wants a vaccine is able to get one.
